Who is behind Pulsilon
Sujit Gangadharan
Entrepreneurship has run through Sujit Gangadharan’s career from the beginning. He started out in India as a consultant, in the room with senior leadership teams, advising them on technology modernisation and the training that would make it stick — representing his firm and its programmes. Then he left to build his own, co-founding a software development and training company where the programmes were his to design.
The pull toward solving real problems for business owners never let go. Years later, while building a career in enterprise technology across IBM, Citibank, Bank of America, American Family Insurance, PwC and QVC/Qurate Group, he began volunteering as a small-business counselor — and later a mentor — with SCORE, sitting across the table from owners trying to work out what was actually going wrong.
That is the conversation Pulsilon is built from: the same steady, hands-on attention, turned into something an owner can use to get a fast, honest read on their own business before they need to talk to anyone at all.
Most recently Sujit built and led an enterprise automation practice from the ground up — infrastructure automation on Ansible, application build-and-deploy platforms on Azure. He has spoken on automation adoption at AutoCon 4, been featured on the Red Hat blog, and serves as a technology advisor to Jacksonville University. Techsilon LLC and Pulsilon are bootstrapped and built solo.
Where the score comes from
Twenty-five questions, five in each of five dimensions. Every answer option carries a score set in advance, a dimension score is the average of its five, and the five dimensions combine on weights that are fixed and identical for every business. Nothing about your answers changes the weights.
The formula is versioned, and every check stores which version scored it. If the method ever improves, your old results stay comparable instead of quietly shifting underneath you.
How it works sets out the dimensions and their weights in full, and a complete sample report shows the whole thing rendered for a business that does not exist.
What Pulsilon claims, and what it does not
Your score, your diagnosis and your 30-day plan come from fixed rules. No language model takes part in any of them, which is why the same answers always give the same result. AI appears in two places only: it can run the questionnaire as a conversation, and it can answer follow-up questions about a result you already have, working from your recorded answers and the diagnostic logic that already ran — so it can tell you why something was flagged, and why something else was not.
Pulsilon is a structured self-assessment. It reads what you tell it about your own business — it does not audit you, connect to your books, or verify anything, and it is not accounting, legal or investment advice. It is a fast, consistent second opinion, and it is honest about being one.
Pulsilon is a United States–directed service for businesses. It assesses a business, so there is no consumer use for it — someone without one gets nothing from it.
