Summary

Pulsilon is a business-health assessment service operated by Techsilon LLC (Florida, USA) for business use. You answer questions about your business and receive a score, a plain-English interpretation and a report. The score is calculated deterministically by our engine — AI helps explain and discuss it, but never produces or changes it. The result is informational and is not professional advice. You keep your data; we don't sell it. Either of us can end the relationship at any time.

Details

1. Who you're contracting with

Pulsilon is operated by Techsilon LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we", "us"). Our address is Registered Agents Inc, 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, USA, and you can reach us at support@pulsilon.com.

By creating an account or using Pulsilon, you agree to these terms. If you're agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorised to do so, and "you" means that company.

2. Who Pulsilon is for

Pulsilon is offered for business purposes — to business owners assessing their own business, and to advisors and consultants assessing their clients'. It is directed at users in the United States and is not marketed or targeted to individuals elsewhere. It is not intended for personal, family or household use, and it is not intended for anyone under 18.

3. Your account

  • Sign-in is passwordless — a link sent to your email address, or a Google or GitHub account. We never set, store or ask for a Pulsilon password.
  • You're responsible for the security of the email account or provider you sign in with, since anyone with access to it can access your Pulsilon account.
  • Keep your email address current so we can reach you about your account.
  • Don't share your account or let someone else use it as if they were you.

You can complete a check without an account. If you do, the answers stay in your own browser until you choose to save them by giving us an email address.

4. How your score is produced — and what AI does and doesn't do

This matters more than anything else in these terms, so it's stated plainly.

Your score is deterministic. Your answers map to fixed values that are combined by a locked scoring engine using fixed weights. The same answers always produce the same score. The calculation happens on our servers, not in your browser.

AI never produces or alters your score. Pulsilon uses AI to reword a question if you ask, to interpret a free-text answer into one of the offered options for you to confirm, to write the narrative around your result, and to discuss your business with you. In every case the AI works around the score. It cannot generate one, change one, or override the engine.

When AI classifies a free-text answer, you confirm it. The recorded answer is always the option you explicitly selected or confirmed — never one the AI chose on your behalf.

AI output can be wrong. Language models produce plausible text, which is not the same as correct text. Treat AI explanations and suggestions as a starting point for your own judgement, not as a conclusion.

5. What your result is — and isn't

Pulsilon gives you a structured, comparable read on your business based on what you tell us. Its usefulness depends on the accuracy of your answers.

It is not advice. Nothing in Pulsilon — the score, the report, the recommendations, or the AI chat — is accounting, tax, legal, investment, financial or professional business advice. We are not your accountant, lawyer, or adviser, and no professional relationship is created by your use of the service.

No outcome is guaranteed. We don't promise that acting on anything in Pulsilon will improve your business, your revenue, or your score.

A low score is not a verdict. It's a starting point, produced from a fixed set of questions that cannot capture everything about a business.

Decisions about your business remain yours. Where they matter, take qualified professional advice.

6. What you may and may not do

Use Pulsilon for its intended purpose. Don't:

  • break the law with it, or use it to harm someone;
  • attempt to access another user's account or data;
  • probe, scan or attack the service, or try to get around its security or access limits;
  • scrape, copy or redistribute our questions, scoring logic, benchmarks or report content as a competing or derivative product;
  • resell or sublicense access, except through an advisor arrangement we offer;
  • use automated means to submit checks at volume, or otherwise abuse the AI features in a way that degrades the service for others;
  • upload anything unlawful, or anything you don't have the right to give us.

7. Who owns what

Your content is yours. Your answers, the business details you enter, and your messages to the AI remain yours. You grant us the licence we need to run the service for you — to store your content, process it to produce your score and report, transmit it to the providers listed in our Privacy Notice, and show it back to you.

Our service is ours. The questions, the scoring model and its weights, the report design, the software, and the Pulsilon and Techsilon names and marks belong to us or our licensors. Using Pulsilon doesn't transfer any of it to you.

Your reports are yours to use. Download them, share them, show them to your accountant or your bank. Don't strip our attribution and present them as your own product.

Aggregate insights. We may use de-identified, aggregated data — never your identifiable answers or reports — to improve the service and to produce industry benchmarks. Nothing we publish this way identifies you or your business.

8. Availability

We aim to keep Pulsilon available and working, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and there is no service-level agreement unless we've agreed one with you in writing. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If a change materially reduces what a paid plan offers, the Subscription Terms explain your options.

We may take the service down for maintenance, and we'll try to do it at times that inconvenience the fewest people.

9. Third-party services

Pulsilon depends on other providers — payment, hosting, database, email, AI. They're listed in our Privacy Notice. Payments are handled by Paddle as merchant of record; Paddle's own buyer terms apply to the payment transaction, and these terms apply to your use of Pulsilon. We're not responsible for third-party services we don't control, though we choose them carefully and remain responsible for our own obligations to you.

10. Working with an advisor

Pulsilon can be used by an advisor or consultant alongside their client. Two arrangements are possible, and they are not the same.

An advisor assessing a business themselves. The advisor creates a client record and answers the questions. That assessment is the advisor's own material, held in their account, and these terms apply to them as the user.

A client sharing their checks with an advisor. An advisor may invite you to connect your account to a client record they hold. Nothing is shared unless you accept, and what acceptance means is set out before you decide: the advisor can see all of your completed checks — including ones finished before you accepted — with their scores and answers, but not your AI advisor conversations, and they cannot change anything or act on your behalf. You may end the sharing at any time from Settings, without needing the advisor's agreement, and access stops immediately.

If you are an advisor, you are responsible for having the right to invite the people you invite, for what you do with what you are shown, and for your own agreement with your client. You may not use another person's assessments beyond the purpose they shared them with you for. We provide the tool; the relationship is yours.

Advisor access ends when the client withdraws it, when the advisor closes the client record, or when the advisor's plan no longer includes the feature.

11. Paid plans

Trial, billing, renewal, plan changes, payment failure and cancellation are covered by the Subscription Terms. Refunds are covered by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Those documents form part of your agreement with us.

12. Ending the relationship

You can leave at any time. Cancel a paid plan from the billing portal, and delete your account from Settings. Deletion removes your checks, scores, reports, saved answers and chat history; records of past payments are retained for the period tax and accounting rules require. See the Privacy Notice.

We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, is used unlawfully, or is subject to an unresolved payment dispute. Where circumstances allow we'll contact you first and give you a chance to put it right.

Sections that by their nature should survive — ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — do survive the end of your account.

13. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent the law allows, Pulsilon is provided "as is" and "as available", and we disclaim all warranties not expressly given here, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

  • Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, even if advised such damages were possible.
  • Our total liability arising out of or relating to Pulsilon is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. If you haven't paid us anything, our liability is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Indemnity

You'll defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of Pulsilon, your breach of these terms, or content you submit that you didn't have the right to submit.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and both of us consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Before filing anything, email us at support@pulsilon.com. Most disputes are misunderstandings, and we'd rather fix it than litigate it.

17. General

  • Whole agreement. These terms, the Subscription Terms, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Notice are the entire agreement between us about Pulsilon.
  • Changes. We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we'll give notice before it takes effect; continuing to use Pulsilon after that date means the updated terms apply.
  • Severability. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stands.
  • No waiver. Not enforcing something once doesn't waive it.
  • Assignment. You may not assign these terms without our consent. We may assign them to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
  • Force majeure. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events outside its reasonable control.
